FREE business coaching for women business owners

Are you looking to strengthen your business? Do you need help? 

 

The Women’s Business Resource Centre (WBRC) is offering up to 4 hours with an experienced business coach to help you strengthen your business. This coaching can be held in person or online.

 

Your coach could help you: 

  • Get clearer on your goals and priorities  

  • Make difficult business decisions 

  • Build your confidence

  • Identify new revenue streams 

  • Pivot your business model 

  • Manage your stress

  • Understand what’s really holding you back

What’s included 

 

You will receive: 

  • Up to 4 hours of coaching in person, over the phone, or on Zoom

  • A personalised service - your coach will listen carefully to understand your challenges and your aspirations. Your coach will then work with you to identify ways to achieve your goals.

Rhona

Coach Rhona is the Director of Heliconia Investment Limited, Owner of Milne Bay Organics, and Co-Founder of Milne Bay SME Inc. She is passionate about developing her people and community in Milne Bay Province. 

Eligibility 

 

You are eligible if: 

  • You have less than 20 employees;

  • You are able to use English-language on the phone and or on Zoom;

  • You are committed to sharing openly and honestly about your challenges and are open and willing to take steps to change your business;

  • You are a paying member of the WBRC (For more information on how to become a member click here).

 

In addition we encourage women who: 

  • Support a large number of other MSMEs, particularly women;

  • Are driven and motivated

 

 

Fees

 

All WBRC members are eligible for up to 4 business coaching sessions, valued at K775, for free thanks to the support of the Australian Government through the PNG – Australia Partnership.
