About the WBRC

Since opening its doors in November 2016, the Papua New Guinea Women’s Business Resource Centre (WBRC) has empowered more than 5,000 women to start and grow their businesses. As the country’s first dedicated hub for women entrepreneurs, the WBRC provides vital resources including business skills training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.

 

In its first year alone, over 700 women accessed support, and to date the Centre has delivered more than 475 technical and vocational trainings. By fostering an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem, the WBRC continues to break barriers and create pathways for women of all backgrounds to achieve economic independence and success.
